- 1 pack Shin ramen
- 120 g beef
- 1 handful of vegetables bok choy
- 2 tbsp chilli oil adjust based on your heat tolerance
- 3 honey sausages
- 1 pack tofu (228g)
- 500 ml water
Preparation: Slice the sausages and soft tofu into even pieces. Set aside.
Cook ramen: Heat a pot over medium-high heat. Add in chilli oil, sausages, and soft tofu. Pour in water, and bring to a boil. Add in ramen noodles, seasonings from the package, veggies, and beef. Cover with a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes until the noodles begin to break apart.
Make a runny egg: Crack an egg in the centre, cover with a lid, and cook for another 30 seconds. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped spring onions.
Serve: Enjoy immediately while it’s hot.
