Preheat the air fryer to 180ºC.
Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper (be sure they are pat dried), and transfer them to the air fryer. Place them on a single layer to avoid overcrowding.
Pour some oil over the chicken wings, then air fry for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken wings, and air fry for another 5-10 minutes, or until golden-brown.
Remove the chicken wings from the air fryer and set aside.
In a deep frying pan, heat some oil over medium heat, and stir-fry minced garlic until fragrant and slightly golden. Stir in butter and honey.
When the honey butter sauce becomes bubbly and thickens, transfer the chicken wings to the pan, and toss them with the sauce.
Add in chopped spring onions and give it a quick stir.
Transfer the honey butter chicken wings to a serving plate, then garnish with extra chopped spring onions and some sesame seeds.
